Situation

Certain features are currently not available on the Butcher’s Website such as Order Online / Pickup in Store, Online Payment, the ability to ship to Customers, an Educational/Learn section, etc. 

Action Items: 

• Review all functionality of the Butcher’s current Website
• Advise the Butcher of new functions that could be added or existing functions that could be enhanced  
• Under the Butcher’s direction, develop the agreed upon functionality
• Test and Execute

Overall improved Customer Experience
